
To be eligible for the Refer & Reward:
The new client referred must not have ever previously attended Pure Dental and must book in for a Private New Patient Dental Exam.
To qualify for the Refer & Reward the referrer recipient must be an existing Pure Dental client.
The recipient cannot be part of a government subsidised dental scheme like OHSA, ACC, OHSA.
Referring clients name must be recorded at the time of booking or attending for the exam and must be an active patient of Pure Dental.
The referred new client must pay their account in full on the day.
The Refer and Reward of $25 credit will be added to the referrer’s account the following month. The referrer will be notified when issued. You can refer multiple *new clients and accumulate the credits to cover the cost of your own annual check-up too!
The recipient new client will receive a $25 credit towards future treatment at the clinic too! Applied to their account after the initial new patient exam is completed and paid for.
The Refer and Reward T’s & C’s:
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be used with any other offer or discount
Is valid for redemption on any service at Pure Dental, but cannot be used to purchase products
The reward is for the redemption and use by the recipients only and cannot be transferred.
The reward is only issued if the appointment is booked, attended and paid for by the new client.
At any time Pure Dental reserve the right to:
Make changes to the Terms and Conditions
Terminate, modify or suspend the programme.
